This is a single cask release, distilled 2006-04-19, matured in an unspecified cask (cask #897), and bottled 2018-04-19. Limited to 1028 bottles (50 cl).

Nose: Dusty attic in an old wooden house. Stacks of old books. Wooden crates filled with ripe apples along the walls. With time tobacco leaves, worn leather, and softly spiced honey.

Taste: Very rich and creamy mouthfeel. Cool and fresh. Quite fruity - again ripe apples being the most obvious association. Hint of mint and white pepper.

Finish: Medium long finish. A little more spicy now, but still very creamy and fruity. The mint influence is also dialed up slowly towards the end.

Comment: An amazing dram.
