“The fifth small batch single malt release to come from the Dingle Distillery which has been matured in ex-Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Madeira casks.”

Available in Norway at NOK 1080 (13710801) for a bottle.

Nose: Quite the fruit basket - apple, pear, pineapple and ripe banana. Creamy vanilla, earthy cinnamon and demerara sugar.

Taste: Medium body and quite sweet. Honey, ripe apples and creamy vanilla. Dried fruits on subsequent sips.

Finish: Medium to short finish. More spicy and dry in character towards the end.

Comment: A fine whiskey.
