Nose: Deep and dark with a complex blend of fruity, peaty, and malty notes. Toasted oak and potato peel emerge over time, alongside softly floral hints.
Taste: Full-bodied with a spicy and dryish upfront profile. Then the fruits, malt, and peat come rolling in, creating a warm and welcoming sensation.
Finish: Medium to long, retaining the fruitiness of ripe orchard fruits and red berries. Peaty and smoky with a dry note, finishing with softly herbal and slightly briny nuances.
Comment: Richly layered and inviting.
