Nose: A rich fruitiness is front and center. Apples, pears and fruits of the more tropical persuasion. It really is big and rich in style. With time also dust, creamy vanilla and vague hints of oakiness.

Taste: Very rich and full bodied. Chewy and textured. Very fruity on the palate also - assorted apples and tropical fruits. White pepper. Softly tannic.

Finish: Long finish. It remains creamy, rich and fruity. The oakiness is becoming more prominent towards the end. It is tannic and borderline astringent on its last breath.

Comment: A dusty old candy store - of the sublime kind 🙂
