This is the 2021 release of the Bladnoch 19 YO. It has been matured in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry butts.

The Bladnoch 19 YO Single Malt goes on sale in Norway this coming Monday at NOK 1724 (13590301).

Nose: Dried fruits, darker and more distinct than the Bladnoch 14 YO. It also more spicy. Hints of dark chocolate and cocoa nibs. With time ever more delicate swirls of PX goodness.

Taste: Full bodied and decadent in a very good way. Richer, darker, sweeter. Caramel, dried fruits, almonds, toasted oak.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Delightful now. Rich and dark PX sherry notes. Sweet, and not in the least dry. It is in fact juicy all the way.

Comment: PX cask maturation done perfectly!
