Nose: Sweet, light, and mildly spicy. Orchard fruits, cinnamon and almond paste.

Taste: Well, on the palate it is certainly not shy. It is positively big, big, big. Full on sherry sweetness. Lots of creamy vanilla. Earthy cinnamon. And plenty of apple notes.

Finish: Medium long. I wish it would last longer. The sweetness is more sugary than fruity now.

Comment: I love this rather big and loud style.
