Another fresh release from the independent bottler the Dràm Mòr Group. This Ben Nevis was finished in a Palo Cortado cask (cask #115 ). The total outturn was 351 bottles.

Nose: A fine mix of light wine notes and light-footed notes of orchard fruits. With time also fluffy clouds of vanilla yumminess, and hints of cucumber and green herbs.

Taste: Very rich and appealing. Softly fizzy, chewy, ginger flavored sweetness. Again one word spring to mind - yumminess.

Finish: Medium to loing finish. Softly dirty now. Dirty sweetness. Still chewy. Ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and hints of mint.

Comment: Wow! Ben Nevis! I’m looking at you! OK, I’m looking at the team at Dràm Mòr Group as well!
