Nose: Slightly dry with warm sand and flint-like minerality. Mild fruitiness and subtle nutty notes. A gentle maltiness lingers in the background.

Taste: Full-bodied with a fizzy, slightly astringent quality. A mix of sweetness and rough edges - dirty sugar cubes and a rustic, unpolished feel.

Finish: Medium to long. The sweetness fades, giving way to nuttiness and more pronounced oakiness.

Comment: A fine dram.
