Nose: Assorted nuts, red berries and citrus. Somewhat dark. White pepper and banana cake. With time vanilla and a lighter fruitiness.

Taste: Medium to light body. Dark flavours of burnt caramel, pepper and toasted oak. Dried fruits and ginger. Creamy vanilla and orange zest.

Finish: Medium long finish. Lots of caramel notes still - and they remain slightly burnt. Pepper, nuts and now also hints of peppermint and dark coffee. Dry finish.

Comment: I’m pleased.
