Amrut Triparva

Amrut Triparva, NAS, 50 %

A triple distilled Amrut, limited to 5400 bottles. Bottled August 2020. This is Batch No. 1, so presumably there will be more batches in the future.

The Amrut Triparva is available in Norway at NOK 1865 (12901901).

Nose: Tropical fruits served with a pinch of sea salt. An odd combination, but hey - it works. The fruits come into more focus after a while and I am able to identify ripe banana, honey dew melon and green pears. With time definite notes of salty caramel vanilla ice cream.

Taste: Medium to full body. Creamy and soft. Vanilla ice cream drizzled with honey and milk chocolate bits. White pepper and some ginger.

Finish: Medium long finish. More cream, more vanilla, and more tropical fruits. Pepper and hints of salt.

Comment: Amrut really know what they do, and now they’ve added triple distillation to their toolbox.
